By downloading, installing, or using the Forma mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cove Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer of Forma.
Forma is a personal fitness application that provides personalized workout programs, exercise logging, progress tracking, and social challenge features. The App is available as a free download with an optional paid subscription ("Forma Pro") that unlocks additional features.
To use Forma, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for:

Forma Pro is a paid subscription that provides access to premium features including progress charts, social challenges, and cloud sync.

Forma is not a medical service. The workout programs, exercise recommendations, and fitness content provided by the App are for informational and general fitness purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any new exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. You assume all risk of injury from using the App.
The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Cove Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of the personal data you input into the App (workout logs, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from using the App. Results depend on many individual factors including effort, diet, sleep, and genetics.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
